What does setup look like?
We look at your packages, how inquiries reach you, and what happens after you send an estimate. Then we agree on scope, usage, supported channels, and the wording you approve before anything is activated.
Who approves estimates and messages?
You approve each estimate before it goes out. Acknowledgment and follow-up wording and timing are agreed with you during setup. You stay responsible for pricing, availability, service scope, and confirming bookings.
Can this work with my existing website?
That’s the first thing I’ll check. You don’t need to replace a working site just to discuss inquiry tracking or follow-up. Compatibility and any changes are confirmed before activation.
Which forms and inboxes are supported?
We’ll review your website quote form and email inbox first. Support depends on the form, provider, permissions, and agreed setup. Social inboxes and other channels are not assumed to be connected. The example here is not a live integration.
Does it send text messages?
Only after SMS is configured, consent requirements are reviewed, and wording and usage are agreed. SMS and integrations may cost extra. The sample demo sends nothing.
What happens when a customer replies?
On configured channels, a detected customer reply stops the scheduled follow-up and flags the conversation for the owner. We confirm reply detection and stop rules before activation. You confirm the appointment and mark the inquiry booked.
Can I cancel, and are there usage limits?
Cancellation terms, usage limits, maintenance scope, and any extra charges will be confirmed before activation. These are proposed pilot prices, not a checkout or a finalized service agreement. Full Customer Return campaigns are not included.
